It is always best to derive the nutrition that we need for our body’s optimal function from the foods that we eat.  Sprouts, as well as MILA, are wonderful sources of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, antioxidants, proteins, fats, enzymes and other nutrients essential to the proper maintenance of your body.

Mila, a product containing the highest quality Chia seed, is a high energy food and has all of this plus the added benefits of omega 3’s, 6’s and essential fatty acids. Although our bodies need these, they must be derived from a source outside the body. Mila is my favorite food and my favorite food source for omegas.
