Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears – 3/4″ dice
- 1/2 Lb. seedless grapes – sliced in half
Generous amounts of:
- Red clover sprouts
- Sunflower sprouts
- Chunks of good quality bleu cheese or goat cheese
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with or without dressing
Dressing
This salad is great without dressing. That said, here are some dressing ideas if you want to bump it up a bit.
- Yogurt and honey dressing: Combine plain organic yogurt with honey to taste.
- Use your favorite creamy bleu cheese dressing for extra bleu cheese flavor.
