Fruit & Sprout Salad

  • 2 ripe pears – 3/4″ dice
  • 1/2 Lb. seedless grapes – sliced in half

Generous amounts of:

  • Red clover sprouts
  • Sunflower sprouts
  • Chunks of good quality bleu cheese or goat cheese

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with or without dressing


This salad is great without dressing. That said, here are some dressing ideas if you want to bump it up a bit.

  • Yogurt and honey dressing: Combine plain organic yogurt with honey to taste.
  • Use your favorite creamy bleu cheese dressing for extra bleu cheese flavor.
